The point you become greedy, and pray to get "lucky", is the point you lose all of your money. Sounds a bit absurd, but it appears to be real. It seems the only time I ever win cash is when I don’t worry about blowing it. I decided to go to the the casino the other evening with twenty dollarsin my pocket. I couldn’t care less about blowing it, who cares about twenty dollars? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 in profit in just 2 hours!
A different time I was at the casino with my buddy Bob. I took in $100 that I couldn’t stand to lose. I got insatiable, I got worried, and I ended up wagering too much and squandered it in 32 mins! The lesson is never ever bet more than you can commit to squander. If you do not worry about not winning, you have a greater chance of profiting big!
How else can you improve your chances of winning at Roulette other than making a budget? do not wager on single numbers! Yes, they come up every once in a while, but they don’t hit often enough to ensure a steady profit. Just bet on 1:1 wagers e.g. red, black, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets e.g. 1st 12, 2nd 12, third dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay relatively big.
With the basic rules covered, how else can we further boost our odds of succeeding at Roulette? By making probability into our ally, instead of our enemy. "You cannot succeed at Roulette", my buddy Ben would say to me. "It’s absolutely arbitrary due to the fact that any number might come up". Sure, my friend Matt does have a point, although at the same time, he is overlooking a crucial part of the picture. I absolutely agree, red or black possibly could hit 30 times in a row, but how often does that happen?
